Freeze Drying Machine
Freeze-drying is an advanced drying method in which the product is dried through the sublimation of water under low temperature and pressure.

STRUCTURE
- Drying chamber
- Module to form a vacuum
- Refrigeration unit
- Heating unit
- Defrosting the cooling unit
- Cart
- Electrical box
WORKING PRINCIPLE
- Stage 1: Freezing process to convert water to solid state.
- Stage 2: Creating vacuum pressure and heating the frozen water in the drying chamber to sublimate it. The release stream is absorbed in water trap.
- Stage 3: Vacuum drying to evaporate remainder of the steam in product to respond to the demanded moisture of the product

Color, shape, nutrients are not changed Porous structure |

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
- Design capacity: 1 - 6 tons/ batch depending on the recommendation
- Freezing temperature: from -30oC to -50oC
- Freeze drying temperature: from 25 to 35oC
- Absolute drying temperature: ≤ 50oC
- Drying pressure: from 27 pa to 133 pa
- Drying time: depending on materials from 20h to 36h.
ADVANTAGES
- Low drying temperature: ≤ 50oC.
- Reserve colors and shapes
- Reserve nutrition of the material,
- After drying, if product is soaked in water, it will return to its initial shape.
- Prolonging the storage time.

APPLICATION
Drying agricultural products, fruits, medicinal herbs, and precious materials such as cordyceps and seafood.
