After surveying at large-scale coconut processing factories in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, VTStek found that most of them are manual coconut drilling or one person operating a drill in a line. , so the efficiency is not high. To overcome this problem, our team of VTStek engineers researched and calculated based on the actual survey at the factory as follows:

Current working worker standing drilling, machine 1 drill bit, drilling for 1 minute = 17 left => 3.5 s/left
If 2 workers work on 1 machine, automatically place 10 coconuts to rotate according to the calculated speed of the machine (due to unfamiliarity with manipulation) => Productivity increases 3.5/0.75/3 = 1.5 times
If with 2 workers working (used to the machine)=>Productivity increases 3.5/0.75/2 = 2.5 times.​

1. Structure:

2. Working principle
The control cabinet includes an electrical circuit control system and a Start button to turn on the machine, the machine runs through the motor with a current of 380V which is driven through a gear transmission, which will be linked to a main shaft of the machine, turning the machine. Moving at a specific calculated speed, the coconut clusters will be moved on a rotating cam mechanism that rotates around the main axis of the machine, above is a drilling mechanism with the connection between the motor, bolt and belt. At the highest point of the cam mechanism the coconut will be drilled by the drill rotation speed and the lift by the assembly that places the coconut moving on the cam mechanism.
3. Application:
Placed in coconut water extraction lines of factories processing products made from coconut water, in order to create high productivity in the stage of getting coconut water. The machine will be integrated into the existing factory premises in the most reasonable and scientific way for production.
4. Maintenance and Cleaning
Maintenance:
The machine is assembled by bolts and divided into separate assemblies for the purpose of disassembly and maintenance.
The covers cover the motor, cam mechanism, transmission gear to protect and ensure safety when workers operate and operate production.
Cleaning: After each shift, the cleaning workers spray and wash the coconut dust remaining on the frame and some positions in the machine, in order to ensure hygiene and safety according to the standards set by the customer.
