Rotary Valve

Rotary valve, also known as a star valve, is a device for supplying and discharging material in a production process. Rotary valve is usually integrated below other equipment in the line such as a silo, hopper, and storage tank... The material is fed into the valve through an inlet hopper, which is regulated through the speed of the valve and the rotor valve, which is then supplied to other equipment at the rear of the system.

The rotary valve is applied to regulate the system capacity based on controlling the rotational speed of the valve rotor. It could be controlled by different methods such as an electric motor, or pneumatic control….to ensure the system's productivity and meet the operating demands of the system's activity responding to customers' needs.
