Fluidized Bed Drying Machine

Foods are dried in the form of powder, and nuggets in this machine. Product is often used for granulating, serving for capsules and tablets. In the form of drying liquid granules by spray drying, the liquid will be peristaltic pumped and spray-dried into a tub containing lactose powder. The product after completing the process will be in the form of a dry powder stored in a silver bag. For the pharmaceutical industry, this machine will be applied to dry various types of raw materials: herbal extracts, powdered nuggets to produce canned nuggets, capsules, and tablets.
