UHT System

* Pasteurization technology is an important innovation in the F&B industry, helping billions of consumers around the world have access to delicious, nutritious and safe liquid products food.

* Pasteurization is a process of raising heat to kill pathogenic microorganisms in food and inhibit their toxin biosynthesis. Depending on the product characteristics, the system will be set to the appropriate temperature and time parameters to achieve the best sterilization effect.

* Purpose:
- Kill vegetative cells of microorganisms in the product
- Inhibits microbial growth,
-Extends the shelf life while preserving the flavor, color, and properties of the product
*Advantage
- Closed system, eliminating the possibility of infection from the outside environment
-Do not denature the product.
-Design and manufacture according to each customer's needs in terms of scale, capacity, and product type.
- Fully automatic control system through PLC, operating on the HMI screen, the parameters of temperature, pressure, flow, time are strictly controlled, stored on the Recorder for easy retrieval when incident occurred.
- Fully automatic in controlling and adjusting parameters of temperature, heat retention time, pressure during pasteurization
-The part in contact with the product is made of 316L stainless steel, durable, not abrasive when in contact with caustic soda and acid during cleaning.
Stable operation, simple operation, easy cleaning, easy maintenance, good heat exchange.
- Heat retention time: 10s, 20s, 30s depending on the requirements of each product (can be designed flexibly)
- The device structure is solid, compact, the devices are integrated on the frame and can have movable wheels.
* Main devices
+ Balance tank:
-Has the function of flow stabilization
-There are sensors for tank level and pipe pressure to stabilize the process
+ Centrifugal pump: pump the product to the PHE / THE pasteurization, cooling.
+ Filter: filter the dirt in the process of transferring raw materials, ensuring quality products to consumers.
+ Heat exchanger: This is considered as the "Heart" of the system because it determines whether the quality of the product after pasteurization can reach the next stage or not.
   -The heat exchanger with sterilization function normally has 5 compartments: heating, regen, recovery, cooling 1, cooling 2. However, depending on the cost and product, there are separate options but still achieve efficiency.
-On the pipeline there are temperature gauges, pressure gauges and temperature sensors
-Thermal bridge: is a tube-tube system that is used to store heat for the semi-finished liquid for a set period of time.
- Heat pipe, valve device, monitoring sensor.

- Processing pasteurized food and beverages: pasteurized fresh milk, rice milk, corn milk, powdered milk, fruit juice, chili sauce...
-Participate in the processing of semi-finished products
