Today, October 21, 2022, VTS Technology Joint Stock Company, VABIS International College in collaboration with the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs organized a tour for students of Phu My High School to experience production at Factory 2: Dong Nai of the VTS technology Company. This is an activity for helping students to learn from real-life experiences by visiting vocational training environments and working in real businesses.

Visiting and experiencing reality at enterprises is a regular activity facilitated by VTStek's Board of Directors in order to shorten the gap between theory and practice that helps students update their practical knowledge and gain new insights by looking more specifically at the working environment in the future.

Before conducting the tour, the delegation was introduced by VTStek's representative about the company's history, production and operation process, company's achievements, and disseminated some necessary safety rules for students during their visit to the factory.

Joining the trip were nearly 200 students and teachers of the school. During this visit, teachers and students of Phu My Secondary School learned more about the production process, equipment system, machinery, and modern technology at the factory in each stage, and practical problems in the working environment. This activity helps to expand their knowledge, thereby making them love labor, to be proud of their achievements in research into engineering and production processes. The visitors may have a new perspective on learning and training to achieve good results.

After the visit, the company spent time with teachers and students to exchange and share their feelings about the company and what they have seen. This is the premise for you to acquire concepts and practical knowledge for future study and work orientation.

The company's leadership shared their joy in welcoming the delegation of Phu My Secondary School to visit the company, hoping that the students will have more motivation, passion, and interest in their work after the visit.
